Article n°1: Objects and Fields of applications

The general conditions of sale (CGV) constitute a legal framework for the sale of a product or service. The articles presented below are applied and presented to the client commissioning the service in question in a systematic manner.

 

Article n°2: Prices of services

The prices of the services offered are calculated per hour(s) on a price scale defined by the manager of the company "PRESTA & Images". These prices are not fixed and may be modified at any time for various reasons. The rates applied on the final invoice are based on those when signing the quote.

The prices displayed are expressed without VAT as this is not applicable (Article 293B of the CGI)

Article n°3: Deposit and Payment

When signing a quote for a service, the customer undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount indicated on the quote,this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 

All payments must be made within 14 days, favoring a bank transfer. Please avoid paying by check(s) or cash(s).

Article n°4: Delivery

When signing a project, a delivery time for the “final” product is communicated to you. This is an estimate made in relation to your project and its progress. In the event of a delivery delay, you will be informed via the e-mail address you indicated in the customer information sheet.
